Ex vivo perfúze a rekondice plic
Nová metoda označovaná jako Ex vivo perfúze a rekondice plic
umožní využít k transplantaci více dárcovských plic. Umožní vyjmutý
orgán podrobně vyšetřit a případně i vyléčit, a tedy zcela zásadně
zlepšit a obnovit jeho ztracenou funkci.

kongresu, přináší informace z historie a současnosti transplantací
plic v České republice.

Nová metoda ex vivo perfuze a rekondice plic má potenciál zvýšit
počet transplantací plic v řádu desítek procent. Transplantační tým
III. chirurgické kliniky 1. LF UK a FN v Motole je na ni
připraven.
12. 5. 2010 -
Avastin je registrován (a od 1.3.2010 i hrazen) v první
linii léčby metastazujícího karcinomu prsu. Regisrace je podložena
daty ze dvou studií fáze III E2100 a AVADO. Nově byly publikovány i
výsledky studie RIBBON-1, řízení k rozšíření registrace na základě
dat této studie probíhá. Pretentace uvádí data těchto tří
studií.
